What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Consider the value of the main purchase independently of the extra. Look for any restriction on sharing or transferring the benefit when relevant.
How can I keep a support request clear when several people respond?
Do not resend sensitive information simply because a new person replies. Refer to previously supplied evidence when it remains relevant.
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Do not treat an acknowledgment of your inquiry as a completed cancellation. Follow confirmed instructions rather than assuming the same remedy applies at every stage.
